Delete your Conquer account
Conquer, by Second 21 · Last updated 7 October 2026
In the game
- Open Conquer (the Android app, or this website) and tap Play.
- Go to Settings → Account and tap Delete my account.
- Read what will be removed, tap Continue, and type DELETE.
- If you signed in with Google, sign in with Google once more to confirm it is really you. Your account is then deleted after 30 days; until then, signing back in lets you cancel. A guest account is deleted straight away.
Without the game
Email support@second21.com.au from the email address of the Google account you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Conquer account", and include your player ID (shown in Settings, for example #ABCDEF) if you know it. We will confirm the request with you and complete it within 30 days. A guest account has no email address, so it can only be deleted in the game.
What is deleted
- your progress, unlocked levels, solved puzzles, skins and settings;
- your nickname, player ID, points and leaderboard position;
- your friends and blocked lists, reminders, ad rewards and match history;
- your rooms: the ones you created close, and you leave the ones you joined;
- your sign-in account.
What is kept
- a record that your account ID was deleted, and when, so none of your data reappears;
- other players' own match histories, which still show the nickname you had when you played them;
- if you ever bought something, the store's record of the purchase, which Google Play or the payment provider keeps as the law requires.
More detail is in our Privacy Policy.
